Homeopathy & Natural Health:

A consultation involves talking about the presenting condition and establishing a timeline of health and life events that led up to it. Together, we can then establish any underlying causes, susceptibilities or obstacles to getting better which will help in selecting the best course of action. Remedy recommendations are individualised and tailored to the needs of the patient and more often than not include herbal, supplement, diet and lifestyle advice.

Reiki:

is a hands on energy treatment. We start with a consultation and then the client usually lays down (but can sit if more comfortable) to receive the treatment. Treatments are fully clothed (only shoes and glasses are removed) with blankets available for extra comfort. Reiki is excellent as a stand alone treatment so can be received as often as the client feels necessary and can safely run alongside other therapies. 

Distance Reiki appointments are available if you are unable to visit in person. The consultation is held over Zoom, then followed by the Reiki sending offline.

First consultations:

Homeopathic first appointments are 60-90 minutes so we can really establish a background and better understanding of the current condition.

Reiki appointments are 60-75 mins with a short consultation followed by 45-60 mins of Reiki

Follow up appointments

Homeopathic follow ups are usually 45-60 mins and 4 weeks later though this will vary depending on the needs of the patient. The amount of follow up appointments needed will depend on the complexity of the condition and how deeply we are working: some people just need one appointment for an acute problem while others have more chronic conditions or want to work more deeply with the causes behind their health problems. Consider committing to 3-4 appointments in those cases and reassessing from there. It may be we continue with appointments but space them out much further over time. The great thing about homeopathy is it is very personalised to suit the needs of each individual.

Reiki follow up treatments take an hour. Reiki is cumulative so the more treatments you have the more energy connection is built up over time.

A course of Reiki treatments are available as package offers for those who feel they need regular support during a challenging time.

I’m currently offering courses of 4 and 6 treatments recommended weekly though this is a flexible arrangement and can be more or less frequent depending on the needs of the client. See pricing for more details.

All three treatments are safe and effective for all age groups and during pregnancy. Children and pets* can benefit from being treated on an energetic level; the remedies are useful to have at home for First Aid and common complaints while I have found Reiki to be gentle and soothing enough to calm babies and as part of End of Life care.

(*Homeopathic remedies and Reiki treatments are currently only to be administered to animals by veterinarian practitioners or practitioners with the recognised qualification)
